Mike's Update - February 23, 2012 (post 2)

Hi everyone

Well with a lot of love, support,and prayers I am sitting here at 10 PM Saturday. Just me and the big guy.  He had a very busy day with scans and the reinsertion of his drain line. As a result, he is pretty zonked. He has not been very responsive today which could be due to some of the medication he needed for the days procedure. Donna and I are  staying here in the city to make things easier and to keep from running ourselves into the ground.

Hopefully tomorrow we will see some responsiveness.  I know he is here, listening, and laughing when he sees me as his nurse. He thinks he must be having a nightmare!

Through all this we remain strong, encouraged and optimistic. Your texts, emails, and messages get us through the hours but most of all keep those prayers coming.
